Willows offers building owners, managers and landlords a convenient and efficient means of communicating with tenants, vendors and gatekeepers while managing day-to-day property activities.

Overview

Willows is an iOS/Android cross-platform mobile app, that is cloud-hosted, and encrypted in a secure fashion. Willows can send individual SMS (text) and email notifications, or broadcast announcements to all tenants, or to specific groups. It initiates and tracks activities such as rent/maintenance collections, association dues and provides alerts on demand.

Features

Willows is securely accessible from smartphones as well as desktops. It offers managers a rules-based access hierarchy, so management gets the information it needs, and tenants get the information they need.

Tenants get a clear channel for registering and tracking complaints as well as service requests. They can pay rent, fees, and dues with a credit card or PayPal®.

Managers can blast messaging to all tenants, communicate with individuals, or specific groups (like gym or parking lot users). Managers see payment status for all tenants, displayed in convenient reports.

Nanma Properties, from the House of Group Meeran, has chosen to use the Willows app to make their luxury condominiums even more exclusive. One Cochin, is situated in the serene Silver Sand Island. The Condo complex provides a long list of amenities including swimming pool, cricket pitch, lawn tennis court, basketball and badminton courts. And now, the branded Willows app “Nanma Living” is the latest amenity. Ontash worked closely with Nanma management to take advantage of Willows’ native features, then tailored other features to perfectly fit the Nanma lifestyle. Tenants can request services, track and pay fees, while management can track and manage services, payments and communications – all from the convenience of a smart phone or desktop.
